The borehole plugging machine, a robust excavator attachment, is the heart of the BOROPLAST process. The machine fills boreholes layer by layer with compacted elastoplastic sealing material. Powerfully driven by a push chain, the steel plugging piston enters the borehole and compacts the material in individual layers – thus creating layer-by-layer compaction within the borehole. Quality, layer by layer.

We rent the machine for the duration of the construction work and supply the sealing material specially developed for this process.

We deliver BOROPLAST building materials to the construction site or your central warehouse as needed.

Digital Documentation

The BOROPLAST machine, controlled by SIMATIC, delivers highly accurate data on every step of the layered backfilling process. Backfilling depth, layer thickness, and contact pressure are digitally documented with meticulous precision for each layer. The GeoLOG app, integrated into the process, fully and accurately captures the properties of the resulting sealing element. The location of the borehole and the surrounding construction site are recorded as a 3D model within the GeoLOG app and precisely located using photogrammetry.

The GeoLOG app is the ideal assistant for planning the construction site, recording and surveying the drilling points, documenting the work performed and the subsequent digital documentation, verification and billing of the work.
